The reason I started Apache Leads way back in 2003 was that I was a Diamond level distributor for a San Diego based MLM company and had quite a large business. None of my associates had any access to leads, so that's how we got started. The demand for leads grew so fast that I had to focus on getting quality, affordable leads in ever increasing numbers.

Unsurprisingly, the more revenue a company has, the more leads they generate. The differences are most drastic at the highest and lowest end of the spectrum: 82% of companies with $250,000 or less in annual revenue report generating less than 100 leads per month, whereas only 8% of companies generating $1 billion in annual revenue report less than 100 leads per month.
Targeted zip codes are usually the primary determinate for pricing online home search engine leads. Online ads on sites like Realtor.com and Zillow are typically priced by cost per impression or cost per click. Cost per impression is the number of times an ad is seen, while cost per click is the number of times an ad is clicked on. The more buyers and sellers who search within a specific zip code, the more it will cost to advertise within that zip code.
However, this does not mean that you should sign up every blogger who looks to be even remotely interested in food to your weekly email about organic apples. That’s just silly (and it also violates the CAN-SPAM Act!). Instead, if you see someone mention on Twitter that they’re having a hard time locating organic apples in their area, consider tweeting back to ask if they’ve seen your online shop. Or drop them a short, polite email asking if you can help them.

Robust systems leverage data taken from a leads’ online home search history to craft personalized email and text messages. It’s 2018 — most consumers can differentiate a drip-email campaign from a personalized message.
Visitor Tracking: Hotjar has a heatmap tool — a virtual tool which creates a color-coded representation of how a user navigates your site — that helps you understand what users want, care about, and do on your site. It records visitors and tells you where they spend the most time on your site. You can use it to gather information on your lead generation forms, feedback forms and surveys, and more.
I just got back from one of my Recruiting Retreats, where I literally lock people in a house for three days and build their businesses with them. One of the things we talked about was working leads...and in fact, we spent a fair bit of time actually having the people in the house dial leads. Use A/B split testing to see what CTAs perform best, which landing pages convert better, and which copy captures your target audience. Experiment with layout changes, design, UX, content, and advertising channels until you find what works.

If you’re just starting and have a limited budget, you can start by sourcing them yourself and calling them yourself. I started that way at a few hours a day three to four days a week. It will only take one deal to then have some funds to use for hiring your first virtual assistant. You can also get them via for sale by owner signs. I suggest you drive a different way to work or to where ever you’re going each time you’re out and just go through different, new neighborhoods and you’ll run into signs.”
